Home > Featured > REVISED DRAFT: Tla’amin Residential Law

The purpose of the Tla’amin Nation Residential Tenancy Law (the “Law”) is to provide a complete legal framework establishing the rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants who rent residential properties on Tla’amin Lands. Once this law is passed, the BC Residential Tenancy Act will not apply and everyone will follow the Tla’amin Law.

We are posting these for community consultation and review. If you would like to submit feedback please email the Public Works House Post holder Tyrone Wilson – tyrone.wilson@tn-bc.ca – by Friday the 27th, October 2017. Thank you.
