Notice is hereby given that the Tla’amin Nation has called a By-Election on 2nd April, 2022, in accordance
with the Tla’amin Nation Election Law (2016) for the purpose of electing one (1) candidate to the
Legislative Assembly for the balance of the term of office.
CANDIDATE FORUM MEETING – BY ZOOM

MEETING WILL ONLY BE ON ZOOM – THERE WILL BE NO LIVE MEETING
Both candidates will have time for opening introductions and closing statements. In
between, both will answer questions from voters.

- Please use your first and last name when “entering” the electronic meeting, to allow the Electoral Officer to
quickly track participation and verify your membership. The meeting will be recorded and those speaking out of turn
or with loud background noise will be muted.
- Questions can be sent via “Chat” to the Electoral Officer moderating the meeting. All your questions may not get
asked; the Electoral Officer will use questions from as many voters as possible to give everyone a turn.
- Time will limit the number of questions asked.
