October 18 @ 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Learn to identify chanterelles, lobsters, oysters, and pines, and take some edible mushrooms home for your dinner!

Meet at Ahms Tah Ow school at 10am to carpool to the harvest site. We will return by about 2pm.

This workshop will involve walking over rough terrain for several hours. Wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather.

Bring a bag to harvest into, and a mushroom knife if you have one (a small paring knife works great).

This event is open to Tla’amin Nation members, Sister Nation members, and their immediate family members only.
