The Stockpile Market at the Lund Hotel offers a full assortment of healthy food supplies, an expanded sandwich deli, a robust beer, wine and spirits selection, gas dock, fishing gear, local arts and crafts and all types of travel accessories.
We are looking for a full-time skilled customer service-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations at our store. As the Store manager, you will supervise employees as well as carry out standard operational procedures of the store. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, tracking inventory, and maintaining a level of professionalism for staff and the public.

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of dedicated store associates to ensure a positive work environment and excellent customer service.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering, and merchandising to maximize sales and minimize waste.
Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing assistance when needed.
Store Maintenance: Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards, including compliance with health and safety regulations.
Sales and Promotion: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and implement promotional activities to drive customer engagement.
Financial Management: Monitor and control expenses, maintain budgetary guidelines, and report financial results to upper management.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification and experience combined.
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales Systems, inventory management and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Office Word, and Outlook
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed


  • We offer a competitive compensation package that is commensurate with experience and skills, with
    a salary range of $50,000 to $60,000
  • Please note that all salary offers are subject to budget approval.
